  • Must have availability in their degree program to enroll in a 1-credit elective each semester while in the program.

A position in the Client Services Department means having an unmatched knack for communication and scheduling. These diligent communicators use soft skills to set deadlines and build relationships between clients and teammates for a smooth workflow.

Job Description: Project Coordinators are the entry-level position into account management and serve as the backbone to any client or internal team. Project Coordinators are professional and diligent, and immediately serve as leaders on any team. It is their responsibility to ensure the success of a project through efficiency and collaboration across the team. Project Coordinators are strategic organizers who consistently oversee the work being produced at all stages of a project. Managing projects means bringing passion into everyday situations. The work we produce is exciting, and Project Coordinators should emulate that same excitement and drive in their communications with the team. These attributes will help motivate Agency members to achieve their goals and deliver on specific initiatives. Project Coordinators also tend to have areas of interest outside of project management. This position allows Agency members to balance these interests and grow in multiple fields as they work with the team to help craft exemplary work for our clients and for The Agency’s internal goals.

Qualifications: Must have the ability to collaborate and communicate efficiently with other team members Must understand the client’s business and industry at all times and educate others on the team on how to think about the big picture Must construct and execute focused meeting agendas and take diligent notes in all meetings Must be able to send effective meeting recaps and ensure that everyone on the team is aware of upcoming deadlines and expectations Must be able to plan and build project workback timelines on Monday.com in accordance with project needs and department recommendations Should be able to interpret and act on a Statement of Work (SOW) to build a project plan. Must keep the google drive folder organized and up to date with relevant information Should be able to successfully bring together all members of the cross-functional team to work together Sends calendar invites for internal and client meetings Must be able to create a relationship with the account supervisor or project leader Should have strong instincts to flag any potential risk or roadblocks, and enlist help as needed Will be able to develop a true connection with those on the team and department resources (leads) to whom you serve as a resource for all client-related information Must take initiative to deliver above and beyond – sees gaps and finds ways to fill them

As a part of this team, you’ll orchestrate shoots, polish footage, and frame the perfect shot, transforming creative concepts into memorable visual experiences.

Is The Agency remote, hybrid or in-person?

The Agency provides hybrid options whenever possible, but some roles require you to be in person for certain tasks. While we encourage everyone to come to the office in-person, many internal and client meetings are held on Zoom. For production positions, you will need to be in person to attend shoots.
